The Glendale Community Action Program administers the following financial assistance programs for people that are experiencing a temporary crisis resulting in a loss of income or increased expenses making it difficult to meet basic needs.  Each program has multiple funding sources with various eligibility requirements. Our eligibility specialists will review your circumstances against all possible programs. 

UTILITY ASSISTANCE (electric, gas, or water)
HOMELESS ASSISTANCE (rent and utilities)
