The Glendale Community Action Program administers the following financial assistance programs for people that are experiencing a temporary crisis resulting in a loss of income or increased expenses making it difficult to meet basic needs.  Funders include; Arizona Department of Economic Security (DES), Wildfire, U.S. Treasury, HUD and the City of Glendale.  Eligibility requirements may vary depending on the funding source.  Our eligibility specialists will review your circumstances against all possible programs. PLEASE NOTE: ALL PROGRAMS ARE SUBJECT TO FUNDING AVAILABILITY AND/OR SPENDING DEADLINES THAT ARE MANDATED BY OUR FUNDERS.  AN APPLICATION FOR SERVICES IS NOT A GUARANTEE OF FUTURE PAYMENT.

Arizona Department of Housing: Homeowner Assistance Fund

The Homeowner Assistance Fund (HAF) is a federally-funded, foreclosure-prevention program that provides assistance for low-income Arizona homeowners experiencing financial hardship due to COVID-19.

If you are in danger of losing your home, the HAF program can prevent that from happening.  Visit haf.azhousing.gov


Legal Assistance for Nonpayment of Rent Program

To seek help for your court case, call Community Legal Services at 602.385.8880 immediately.
