Join our team and train to be a lifeguard! Gain valuable experience, meet new friends, and enjoy the summer sun and fun of being a lifeguard at our Glendale Aquatic Centers!!   

All aquatics applicants must obtain certification to apply to join the Glendale Aquatics Team!

The City of Glendale is offering LIFEGUARD Training Courses begin February 25. Last chance for Lifeguard certifications is April 1. The only Water Safety Instructor Course starts April 8.

Applicants are preferred to be at least 16 years old and must be at least 15 years of age to be lifeguard certified.

REGISTER HERE to secure your spot in one of our certification courses. If you train with and work as a Glendale lifeguard or swim instructor this summer, you will be reimbursed for your paid Glendale class fees!
