Parks and Recreation

Updated 4/1/21

On March 5, 2021 Governor Doug Ducey lifted the capacity restrictions on Arizona businesses, including gyms. This latest Executive Order rescinded occupancy limits set by the Arizona Department of Health Service that depended on the level of community spread of COVID-19. On March 26, the City of Glendale will lift capacity limits at the Foothills Recreation & Aquatics Center as well as at outdoor events and sports fields. Social distancing requirements will remain in place and face coverings are required in all city facilities.
