National Volunteer Week

National Volunteer Week, established in 1974, is an opportunity to recognize the impact of volunteers who help build stronger communities through selflessness. Each year, the city of Glendale takes pride in partnering with these individuals on volunteer projects throughout our neighborhoods. Join us in celebrating volunteers, recognizing their impact, and encouraging volunteerism in our community. To get involved, visit and search for the “Glendale Star Program” or the “Community Volunteer Program.”
