The Glendale Police Department has extensive General and Operational Orders (policies & procedures) that governs agency actions. These policies are subject to a continual review and update process to ensure that they effectively direct operations, and accurately reflect departmental guidelines.

In the interest of public transparency, we are pleased to make available most of our policies & procedures on our website. Not every policy is available on the website to preserve tactical, officer safety, and other security concerns. A Public Records Request may be filed for additional policy information, following the instructions on the website, for review of the request.
