Utility bill payments how, where, and when you prefer.

Pay Your Way

The city of Glendale has added new payment options making it easier than ever to view and pay your bill, your way.

We have a brand-new cash kiosk located just outside the first-floor lobby of City Hall. The kiosk is open 24/7, 365 days per year and your payment will be immediately applied to your account. The kiosk is currently cash only and any amount paid over your balance will be credited to your account. Bring your utility bill or have your account number handy to use the kiosk.

We also have a drop box in the same area for payments by check or money order.

You can always register your account, pay your bill, view statements, and see usage history here.

There is also a new “Pay Now” feature that allows you to make a quick payment without having to register for an on-line account with an upgraded system from Paymentus.
