The Glendale City Prosecutor's Office is responsible for prosecuting misdemeanor crimes and city code violations occurring within the city limits of Glendale. This includes crimes such as:

• Assault 
        • Domestic Violence Offenses
• Criminal Damage
• Disorderly Conduct
• Violation of Court Orders of Protection
• Contracting without a License
• DUI
• Hit and Run
• Suspended Licenses
• Theft/Shoplifting
• Dog at large
• Violations of Glendale City Code


Victims and witnesses of misdemeanor crimes that occur within Glendale city limits are provided support and assistance through the Glendale City Prosecutor's Office Victim Service Program.
