Volunteer Opportunities

Glendale's 18th Annual Serve Day
Saturday, March 2, 2024

The Community Engagement Division is seeking teams of volunteers to participate in a citywide street clean-up. Teams should be made up of 10-20 volunteers and will be given a one mile stretch of road to pick up trash and debris. Tools will be provided to complete the project (trash pickers, trash bags, gloves and safety vests). Team leads will be able to pick up the tools a few days before the event. Due to volunteers working close to the street, we ask that volunteers be at least 12 years old. We recommend wearing light colored clothing, closed toe shoes, a hat and sunscreen. Please register here for the event.
