Glendale Fire Crisis Response (CR) responds to emergency scenes to provide immediate crisis intervention and on-scene victim assistance. The CR unit is staffed with 2-3 Crisis Team Members (CTM's) providing emotional support, information, and referrals to our customers.
The Glendale Fire Department Crisis Response Team is an excellent volunteer opportunity but may not be a good fit for everyone. Volunteers and interns must have the physical ability to rapidly get on fire apparatus to prevent delays in emergency response. Participants must also be able to withstand extreme weather conditions.
