On March 16, 2021, the city began a phased approach of resuming disconnection of water utility services for delinquent accounts. Residents with past due accounts are encouraged to pay their delinquent bills to avoid disconnection.

If you need assistance with your bill, we’re here to help. Please email our office at [email protected] or call us at 623-930-3190 Monday to Friday from 7am to 5:30pm. We also have resources and programs that may be able to assist.


Walk-up customers may use our new cash kiosk, located just outside the first-floor lobby of City Hall. The kiosk is open 24/7, 365 days per year and your payment will be immediately applied to your account. The kiosk is currently cash only and any amount paid over your balance will be credited to your account. Bring your utility bill or have your account number handy to use the kiosk.

You may also pay by check or money order using our outside drop box; be sure to place your payment in an envelope. Payments will be collected from the drop box and processed as quickly as possible. For phone numbers and online payment links, please see the options below.
