Our first floor Customer Service Lobby is currently closed. We plan to reopen on or before Monday, March 29th. We will continue to take customer calls and payments by phone. Walk-up customers will be instructed to place their payment in an envelope in the outside drop box. Payments will be collected from the drop box and processed as quickly as possible. We understand the concern and uncertainty you may be experiencing related to the coronavirus (COVID-19). The City of Glendale can remove a bit of uncertainty: if you are having difficulty paying your water bill, we will not turn off services for non-payment and we are waiving administrative fees.

If you need assistance with your bill, we’re here to help. Please email our office at CustRel@glendaleaz.com or call us at 623-930-3190 Monday to Friday from 7am to 5:30pm. We also have resources and programs that may be able to assist.
