The city of Glendale does not handle the retrieval of such carts or any part of the process. There is a local company that many retail stores contract with to carry out these services. To report an abandoned cart, residents can contact Arizona Cart Retrieval by calling 1-800-THE-CART.

2008-09 Budget Book
The Glendale City Council unanimously approved the city’s 2008-09 budget on June 24, 2008. In addition to adopting the next fiscal year’s budget, the Council voted on the property tax levy, which amounted to a decrease of approximately 2.5 cents.
