The Court accepts cash, money orders, checks (personal checks are NOT acceptable for restitution payments) Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. A fine is due on the same day it is imposed. If you are unable to pay the full amount, you may request a payment plan in person at the court. The Court is required by law to add an additional $20 time payment fee and $20 contract fee to the fine.

If you wish to pay the fine, you may waive your right to a hearing by pleading responsible and paying the sanction according to the sanction schedule.

Delinquent fines can become very costly if left unpaid. Driving privileges are suspended and a warrant may be issued if the fine is for a criminal offense. The court can accept partial payments at any time, however, sanctions remain active until paid in full. Some cases are eligible for the Compliance Assistance Program (CAP).
