Notice is hereby given that the City of Glendale, Arizona, will receive proposals for furnishing the following:
FRONT-LOAD AND ROLL-OFF BIN REPAIR AND PAINTING SERVICES
JANUARY 26 at 2:00 PM Local Time
The City of Glendale (“City”) Field Operations Department, Solid Waste Division is requesting proposals from qualified suppliers to repair, refurbish and paint the City’s front-load and roll-off trash bins in accordance with the provisions, specifications and instructions set forth in this Request for Proposal (RFP).The City uses front-load and roll-off trash bins to provide solid waste collection services to commercial businesses, multi-family units, mobile home parts and trailer parks throughout the City. The objective of the City is to award the contract to suppliers who are capable of providing a full range of services including but not limited to, repairing, refurbishing, rebuilding, fabricating, painting and refinishing of trash bins.
The proposal document is available at the office of the Materials Manager, 5850 W Glendale Avenue, Glendale, AZ, 85301, Glendale, Arizona, or can be downloaded from this web site. Each quote shall be in accordance with the specifications and instructions contained therein.
Each proposal shall be sealed, identified and received on or before the due date and time listed above. Proposals shall be delivered to the Engineering Department’s front counter located on the third floor of City Hall, 5850 W Glendale Avenue, Glendale, AZ, 85301.
The City of Glendale reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals and to waive informalities.
