Notice is hereby given that the City of Glendale, Arizona, will receive bids for furnishing the following:
January 22, 2018 Before 2:00 P.M. LOCAL TIME
The City of Glendale, Arizona (“City”), is requesting bids from qualified vendors to provide a term contract for the purchase of vehicle and equipment lubricants for use by various City departments in accordance with the provisions, specifications, and instructions set forth in this Invitation for Bids.
The bid document is available at the office of Materials Management at the Glendale Municipal Office Complex,
5850 W. Glendale Avenue, Ste. 317,
Glendale, AZ 85301 or can be downloaded from this web site. Each bid shall be in accordance with the specifications and instructions contained therein.
Each bid shall be sealed, identified and received on or before the due date and time listed above. Bids shall be delivered to the Engineering Department’s front counter located on the third floor of City Hall, 5850 W Glendale Avenue, Glendale, AZ, 85301.
The City of Glendale reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive informalities.
