Foothills 360 Summer Camp


  • Parks & Recreation facilities including the Adult Center, Foothills Recreation & Aquatics Center, O’Neil Recreation Center, Glendale Community Center, Heroes Regional Parks Recreation Building will all be closed.

  • All classes and programs at recreation and community centers are suspended, This includes: Youth and Adult Sports Leagues, Summer Camps, After School Programs, Special Programs.
  • All City of Glendale park restrooms, the Foothills Sk8 Court Plaza Skatepark and the Glendale Regional X-COURT Skatepark will be closed to public access until further notice. The temporary closures are intended to protect the health of the citizens of Glendale by reducing the chance of COVID-19 exposure.
  • All other parks and trails will remain open for use. Park visitors are asked to follow physical distancing guidelines by maintaining a distance of at least 6-feet of space from other guests. Individuals who are sick or who may have been exposed to COVID-19 should stay home and avoid public spaces.
  • City is continuing to evaluate its parks and further restrictions could be enforced if social distancing is not occurring.

Camp Information:

Due to facility closures and the health restrictions currently in place, we have suspended activity registration at this time. However, youth summer baseball/softball/t-ball is an exception due to the registration already underway. Check back here for updated information on Recreation programs and facilities.

5-Day Camp (per week):
$110 for residents, $145 for non-residents

Registration information:
•Registration is on a first come, first served basis. Register early as this program fills quickly.

•To maintain a safe staff-to-child ratio, additional registrations will not be allowed once the
program has reached capacity.

•Your spot is guaranteed once all paperwork is filled out and payment is made for the week
you are registered. •Registration packet must be filled out prior to participation in program.

•Foothills 360 is a “supervised drop-in” program. Participants are able to come and go at their
own will. This is NOT a licensed childcare site.

•Due to staffing patterns, we are not able to supervise children dropped off prior to 7 a.m.

•Late pick-ups, AFTER 6 p.m., will result in a $5 late fee for every increment of 15 minutes
that passes (1-15 minutes = $5; 16-30 minutes = $10, etc.).

•It is highly recommended that snacks (2) are sent, one for the morning and one for the

•Each child will need to bring a daily, non-perishable lunch. Beverages need to be in a resealable container or bottle.

Each child must bring:
•Tennis shoes for gym activities.

•Sunscreen (spray), towel and swim suit on swim days (no floaties).

•Water bottle with your child’s name on it.

•Lunch and 2 snacks or money for lunch and 2 snacks.

•During supervised recreational swimming participants 6 years old are required to remain
in the “kiddie” zero depth pool only. Access to Lazy River, slides and main pool are restricted.

•Please Note: There will be no swimming during the first week of programs. (May 26- May 29)

ALL REFUND CANCELLATION/REQUESTS must be made by at least Wednesday, 8 p.m., of the week before your scheduled attendance to allow for those on
the wait list to register.

•All cancellation/refund requests include a $25 processing fee per week/per child.

•No refund requests will be honored after 8 p.m., Wednesday of the week prior
to your scheduled attendance.
