Ask e-Book Support
If you have difficulty accessing eBooks from the Greater Phoenix Digital Library, or another of the library's eBook providers, here are some quick tips.
- If you are unable to log in :
Be sure your library card number is current (has not been reported as lost) and that there are no charges greater than $10. If you don’t know your PIN, it is generally the last 4 digits of the telephone number you gave the library when you applied for your card. You can contact the library at 623-930-3530 to have your PIN reset during regular library hours.

If you are still experiencing difficulties, you are probably experiencing technical support issues with your hardware, software or internet services. Please contact the customer support department for your hardware, software or internet service to resolve the issue. The library cannot provide software or hardware-related support for computers, laptops, tablets, smart phones, or eBook readers.
