Each request for sale shall be sealed, identified, and received by the City of Glendale at 6210 W. Myrtle Ave., Suite 181, Bldg. N Glendale, Arizona, 85301-2599 on or before the due date and time listed above.

The City of Glendale reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals and to waive informalities.
