Sanitation - Stolen or Damaged Containers

If your containers are stolen or vandalized, contact the police department (non-emergency number) at (623) 930-3000 to obtain a “daily report number.” After obtaining this number, call the Sanitation Division at (623) 930-2660 and provide the representative with this number. A work order will be processed to have another container issued to the property.

For containers needing repairs, contact the sanitation division. The containers at your home are city property. Any expense incurred by the city for the replacement of misused containers may be charged to the customer. Residents are responsible for cleaning their containers. If you move, please leave the containers for the new residents.
