The City of Glendale does not maintain a vendor list. To receive notification of new solicitation opportunities, you must subscribe to Glendale Bulletin Subscription Alert.
To register to receive City of Glendale formal solicitation bulletins, click on the
“Online Services ” blue tab in the top right corner of this page or CLICK HERE.
This is a list service. Registered vendors will receive notifications of all formal solicitations issued by the City of Glendale.
Be sure to respond to the e-mail that you will receive after registering and click on “My Alerts” to complete your registration.
It is the responsibility of all registered vendors to maintain their registration information on the site.
Formal purchases are over $50,000. One method of notifying potential bidders of formal purchases is through the use of vendor registration on the City’s list service, as described above.
In addition to City of Glendale solicitation bulletins, formal purchases are publicly advertised. Notices are issued in the Glendale Star newspaper classified section.
You may access current Glendale bids and proposals on the City’s internet site by clicking on the “Bid Opportunities” link above. Current solicitations are available for download in either Word or PDF formats, with the exception of construction solicitations.
You do not have to be registered to respond to a bid or proposal issued by the City.
