Notice is hereby given that the City of Glendale, Arizona, will receive quotes for furnishing the following:

10-13 -	Shuttle Service for Special Events
Due:	October 29, 2009, 2:00 PM
	The City of Glendale Marketing Department intends to procure the services of an organization capable of the operation of shuttle bus service for special events. Vendor must download both the RFQ #10-13 and an Agreement for Solicitation (Word Document)
The quote document is available at the office of the Materials Manager, Sine Office Building, 6829 N. 58th Dr., Suite 202, Glendale, Arizona, or can be downloaded from this web site. Each quote shall be in accordance with the specifications and instructions contained therein. Each quote shall be sealed, identified, and received by the City of Glendale at 6829 N. 58th Dr., Suite 202, Glendale, Arizona, 85301-2599 on or before the due date and time listed above. The City of Glendale reserves the right to accept or reject any or all quotes and to waive informalities.
