10-04 -	IBM/Cognos Business Intelligence v8.4 for DataMart Framework, Report Development and Implementation; and Training
Due:	August 13, 2009
	The City of Glendale’s Information Technology Department is accepting quotations for consulting services on IBM/Cognos Business Intelligence v8.4 software. Any offer must have at least one member of their staff possess a certification as an IBM Certified Solution Expert – Cognos 8 BI – or their offer will be deemed non-responsive.
The quote document is available at the office of the Materials Manager, Sine Office Building, 6829 N. 58th Dr., Suite 202, Glendale, Arizona, or can be downloaded from this web site. Each quote shall be in accordance with the specifications and instructions contained therein. Each quote shall be sealed, identified, and received by the City of Glendale at 6829 N. 58th Dr., Suite 202, Glendale, Arizona, 85301-2599 on or before the due date and time listed above. The City of Glendale reserves the right to accept or reject any or all quotes and to waive informalities.
