Notice is hereby given that the City of Glendale, Arizona, will receive proposals for furnishing the following:
RFP 09-18 -	All Hazards Incident Management Position Specific Team Training
Due:	June 11, 2009, at 2:00 PM local time
	The City of Glendale Fire Department (City) seeks proposals for the provision and delivery of position-specific courses that are part of the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) All Hazards Incident Management Team (AHIMT) system. Please note: Vendor must download both (1) Addendum One (includes revised RFP) and (2) the Professional Services Agreement. Addendum One can be accessed by completing the form below. The proposal document is available at the office of the Materials Manager, Sine Office Building, 6829 N. 58th Dr., Suite 202, Glendale, Arizona, or can be downloaded from this web site. Each proposal shall be in accordance with the specifications and instructions contained therein. Each proposal shall be sealed, identified, and received by the City of Glendale at 6829 N. 58th Dr., Suite 202, Glendale, Arizona, 85301-2599 on or before the due date and time listed above. The City of Glendale reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals and to waive informalities.
