Landscape Maintenance for the Park and Ride and Emergency Operations Center

There will be a walk through of the Emergency Operations Center which is located at 11550 W. Glendale Ave, Glendale AZ 85307 at 7 AM on July 9, 2008. Potential bidders can meet in the main lobby on the first floor and staff will then escort you through the secured area. Anyone who is late may miss the walk through.
The proposal document is available at the office of the Materials Manager, Sine Office Building, 6829 N. 58th Dr., Suite 202, Glendale, Arizona, or can be downloaded from this web site. Each proposal shall be in accordance with the specifications and instructions contained therein.
Each proposal shall be sealed, identified, and received by the City of Glendale at 6829 N. 58th Dr., Suite 202, Glendale, Arizona, 85301-2599 on or before the due date and time listed above.
The City of Glendale reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals and to waive informalities.
