Notice is hereby given that the City of Glendale, Arizona, will receive proposals for furnishing the following:
09-21 -	Uniform Store
Due:	June 30, 2009
	The City of Glendale Fire Department is interested in potentially establishing a uniform store at the Glendale Regional Public Safety Training Center for the purpose of providing public safety personnel a method of purchasing uniforms at an onsite store.
The proposal document is available at the office of the Materials Manager, Sine Office Building, 6829 N. 58th Dr., Suite 202, Glendale, Arizona, or can be downloaded from this web site. Each proposal shall be in accordance with the specifications and instructions contained therein. Each proposal shall be sealed, identified, and received by the City of Glendale at 6829 N. 58th Dr., Suite 202, Glendale, Arizona, 85301-2599 on or before the due date and time listed above. The City of Glendale reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals and to waive informalities.
