Notice is hereby given that the City of Glendale, Arizona, will receive bids for furnishing the following:
SECONDARY LANDFILL HEAVY EQUIPMENT MAINTENANCE& SERVICE
AUGUST 21, 2014, AT 2:00 P.M. LOCAL TIME
The City of Glendale (“City”) intends to enter into a contract with a qualified Contractor to conduct regular preventative maintenance services to the City’s heavy duty landfill equipment. All work specified shall be completed under the direction and satisfaction of the Landfill Operations.
The bid document is available at the office of Materials Management at the Glendale Municipal Office Complex,
5850 W. Glendale Avenue, Ste. 317,
Glendale, AZ 85301 or can be downloaded from this web site. Each bid shall be in accordance with the specifications and instructions contained therein.
Each bid shall be sealed, identified and received on or before the due date and time listed above. Bids shall be delivered to the Engineering Department’s front counter located on the third floor of City Hall, 5850 W Glendale Avenue, Glendale, AZ, 85301.
The City of Glendale reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive informalities.
