Notice is hereby given that the City of Glendale, Arizona, will receive bids for furnishing the following:
IFB 13-36 -
March 19, 2013, AT 2:00 P.M. LOCAL TIME
It is the intent of the City of Glendale to request proposals to establish a term contract for short-term rental of generators, at City-sponsored special events, and various other public events and meetings, on an “as required” basis throughout the year. The contract may be used by various departments.
The bid document is available at the office of Materials Management at the Glendale Municipal Office Complex,
5850 W. Glendale Avenue, Ste. 317,
Glendale, AZ 85301 or can be downloaded from this web site. Each bid shall be in accordance with the specifications and instructions contained therein.
Each bid shall be sealed, identified and received on or before the due date and time listed above. Bids shall be delivered to the Engineering Department’s front counter located on the third floor of City Hall, 5850 W Glendale Avenue, Glendale, AZ, 85301.
The City of Glendale reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive informalities.
