(IFB) Invitation for Bid
Notice is hereby given that the City of Glendale, Arizona, will receive bids for furnishing the following:
IFB 13-09 -  Landscape Services:  General, Arborist and Pre-Emergent
Due:    November 16, 2012 at 2:00 P.M. (Local Time)
 

Pre-Proposal Conference:  November 6, 2012, 10:00 A.M. (Local Time), Western Area Water Reclamation Facility, 5901 North Glen Harbor Blvd, Glendale, Arizona 85307

The City of Glendale (“City”) invites sealed proposals from qualified contractors for landscape maintenance, arborist and pre-emergent services for the Water Services facilities.  In accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in this solicitation.
The bid document is available at the office of Materials Management at the Glendale Municipal Office Complex, 5850 W. Glendale Avenue, Ste. 317, Glendale, AZ  85301 or can be downloaded from this web site. Each bid shall be in accordance with the specifications and instructions contained therein.

Each bid shall be sealed, identified and received on or before the due date and time listed above. Bids shall be delivered to the Engineering Department’s front counter located on the third floor of City Hall, 5850 W Glendale Avenue, Glendale, AZ, 85301.

The City of Glendale reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive informalities.
