(IFB) Invitation for Bid
Notice is hereby given that the City of Glendale, Arizona, will receive bids for furnishing the following:
13-22 -   Board Up Services
Due:    Nov. 15, 2012
 

The City of Glendale (“City”) is seeking sealed bids from qualified Contractors for securing of commercial and residential buildings on an as needed basis.  The selected Contractor will be responsible for boarding up businesses and homes for the City.  The quantity and frequency of work will vary and a minimum amount of work cannot be guaranteed by the City.
The bid document is available at the office of Materials Management at the Glendale Municipal Office Complex, 5850 W. Glendale Avenue, Ste. 317, Glendale, AZ  85301 or can be downloaded from this web site. Each bid shall be in accordance with the specifications and instructions contained therein.

Each bid shall be sealed, identified and received on or before the due date and time listed above. Bids shall be delivered to the Engineering Department’s front counter located on the third floor of City Hall, 5850 W Glendale Avenue, Glendale, AZ, 85301.

The City of Glendale reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive informalities.
