Notice is hereby given that the City of Glendale, Arizona, will receive proposals for furnishing the following:

Manage, Operate and Maintain the Glenn Lakes Municipal Golf Couse, Driving Range and Restaurant

There will be a pre-proposal conference on May 14, 2008 at 9:30 A.M. at the City of Glendale Conference Room B3 located at 5850 W. Glendale Ave, Glendale AZ 85301.
The proposal document is available at the office of the Materials Manager, Sine Office Building, 6829 N. 58th Dr., Suite 202, Glendale, Arizona, or can be downloaded from this web site. Each proposal shall be in accordance with the specifications and instructions contained therein.
Each proposal shall be sealed, identified, and received by the City of Glendale at 6829 N. 58th Dr., Suite 202, Glendale, Arizona, 85301-2599 on or before the due date and time listed above.
The City of Glendale reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals and to waive informalities.
