The City of Glendale's City Clerk Office is receiving sealed bids for legal advertising services. There will be a pre-bid conference at 10:00 A.M. on January 9, 2009 at the City of Glendale's Sine Office Building Conference Room A, located at 6829 N. 58th Drive, 1st floor, Glendale AZ 85301.
The bid document is available at the office of the Materials Manager, Sine Office Building, 6829 N. 58th Dr., Suite 202, Glendale, Arizona, or can be downloaded from this web site. Each bid shall be in accordance with the specifications and instructions contained therein.
Each bid shall be sealed, identified, and received by the City of Glendale at 6829 N. 58th Dr., Suite 202, Glendale, Arizona, 85301-2599 on or before the due date and time listed above.
The City of Glendale reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive informalities.
