Notice is hereby given that the City of Glendale, Arizona, will receive proposals for furnishing the following:

FOOD BANK/PANTRY DISTRIBUTION SERVICES

OCTOBER 25, 2011 AT 2:00 P.M. LOCAL TIME
A pre proposal conference will be conducted on TUESDAY, OCTOBER 11, 2011 at the FOOD BANK BUILDING, 5605 North 55TH AVE., Glendale, Arizona, 85301 at 10:00 A.M., local time.
The proposal document is available at the office of the Materials Manager, 5850 W Glendale Avenue, Glendale, AZ, 85301 or can be downloaded from this web site. Each proposal shall be in accordance with the specifications and instructions contained therein.
Each proposal shall be sealed, identified and received on or before the due date and time listed above. Proposals shall be delivered to the Engineering Department’s front counter located on the third floor of City Hall, 5850 W Glendale Avenue, Glendale, AZ, 85301.
The City of Glendale reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals and to waive informalities.
