Notice is hereby given that the City of Glendale, Arizona, will receive proposals for furnishing the following:
09-05 -	Nortel Telephone System Maintenance
Due:	April 30, 2009
	The City of Glendale Information Technology Department is requesting proposals for a contractor to provide maintenance on the City’s Nortel Telephone Systems. A pre-proposal conference will be conducted on April 15, 2009 at the City Hall Conference Room B3 at 10:00 A.M. 5850 West Glendale Ave, Glendale, Arizona, 85301 (entrance at basement level, adjacent to Employee Lounge with Visitor Parking in the Parking Garage).
The proposal document is available at the office of the Materials Manager, Sine Office Building, 6829 N. 58th Dr., Suite 202, Glendale, Arizona, or can be downloaded from this web site. Each proposal shall be in accordance with the specifications and instructions contained therein. Each proposal shall be sealed, identified, and received by the City of Glendale at 6829 N. 58th Dr., Suite 202, Glendale, Arizona, 85301-2599 on or before the due date and time listed above. The City of Glendale reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals and to waive informalities.
