Survey check box with pencil

Citizen Attitudes and Opinion
The Glendale Police Department is conducting an electronic survey to gather information to gauge levels of satisfaction within the community with the levels of police services the Department provides. This survey is intended to give our residents a forum - a voice - to express their opinions and rate the Department’s performance in key service areas. The survey is also a standard for the Police Department’s Commission on Accreditation for Law Enforcement Agencies (CALEA) process that has been in place since 2000.

SURVEY: We would like to invite you to take the anonymous survey, which should take less than 15 minutes to complete: Glendale Citizen Satisfaction Survey.

QUESTIONS: If you'd like to know more about the survey, please contact Research and Planning Analyst Bruce Kline, at bkline@glendaleaz.com.
