Glendale Police Host Auto Theft Prevention Forum

GLENDALE, Ariz. – In an effort to increase awareness and education about vehicle thefts, the Glendale Police Department Gateway Division is hosting an Auto Theft Prevention forum focusing specifically on the areas south of Orangewood and west of 67th Avenue.

The purpose of this forum is to encourage Glendale residents to place prevention first. During the presentation you will learn about current auto theft trends, VIN Etching, the ‘Watch Your Car’ program, taking responsibility for your property and prevention tips to help keep you from becoming a victim of auto theft.

This community forum will be held at 6:30p.m., Tuesday, July 31st at the CrossPoint Christian Church auditorium located at 8600 West Glendale Avenue.
