| Ricardo Rivera – Case number 04-76216 |
On 06/14/2004 at approximately 2114 hours, 25-year-old Ricardo Rivera was standing outside of his residence when he was approached by an unknown Hispanic male. The male who approached asked Ricardo what his name was, and then shot him numerous times. The suspect then fled the area, initially on foot and then entered a four door vehicle which then drove him out of the area. Ricardo died at the scene as a result of the shooting. The suspect was described as a Hispanic male in his 20s approximately 5'5" tall, medium build. He was wearing dark colored pants or long shorts, a dark colored shirt.
