On 6/26/1999 joggers in the area of 83rd Av and West Bethany Home Rd called police to respond for the discovery of a black female floating in the canal. Officers later identified the body as Renee Luke. Renee had been seen by friends the night before her discovery in the City of Phoenix at a nearby apartment complex. At this time investigators are requesting the public’s help with any information which may assist in solving this homicide.
