On 6/24/2005 Police Officers responded to a shooting call at an apartment complex located at 5100 North 55 Avenue where they discovered victim Jesus Carrazco-Ruiz deceased inside. A second male victim had been contacted with a gunshot and later spoke to police. At this time investigators are requesting the public’s assistance in solving this homicide.
