On 5/23/2005 Police Officers responded to a shooting Call near the intersection of 67 Avenue and West Olive Avenue. Officers identified victim Jermaine Turner shot to death in his vehicle while waiting for the traffic light. According to witnesses at the scene shots came from a dark colored SUV type vehicle which left the area north on 67th Av. The shooter was described as a Mexican male, possibly wearing a hair net.
