On 8/29/2008 Officers responded to an apartment at 7000 N. 75 Ave reference a robbery. Upon the arrival of responding officers they discovered victim Charles Binder with injuries which later resulted in his death. Witnesses described the suspects as two Hispanic males approx 5’10” – 5’11”, ranging in age from 25-35 years old, approx 190-200 lbs. Investigators are requesting the public’s assistance in solving this aggravated assault.
