On 9/25/2006 Police Officers responded to a report of a shooting behind the businesses at 6500 West Glendale Av. The body of victim Carlos Zapata had been discovered shot to death. Witnesses reported seeing a vehicle described as a Gray Chevrolet 4x4 Pickup leaving the area at a high rate of speed.
