The Glendale Zoning Ordinance controls the use of land.  The Zoning Ordinance has a map and the text.  Zoning districts are designated for residential, commercial, industrial, and agricultural uses.  These district boundaries are designated on the zoning map.  The text lists the specific uses allowed in each zoning district and property restrictions.

Please call (623) 930-2800 with any zoning questions and ask for the Development Services Counter.  The staff will help with your inquires.  Persons wishing to start the planning process of rezoning, conditional use permit, subdivision, general plan amendment, design review, administrative review/relief, special event/seasonal sales or variance will need to fill out a Service Request Form at the Development Services Counter.  This can be done in person at 5850 West Glendale Avenue, Glendale, AZ, Second Floor, or call the Development Services Counter and the staff will fill out the Service Request Form for you.
