The processing of a subdivision is required with any division of improved or unimproved land into three (3) or more tracts or parcels of land or if the division involves a new public street.  The process requires a preliminary and final plat procedure.  There is a minor land division process.  It is requested persons wishing to discuss subdivision with the Planning Department fill out a Service Request Form at the Development Services Counter or call (623) 930-2800 and request the Development Services Counter.  Staff will fill out the Service Request Form for you.
