Before/After School Recreation Programs for the School Year G.R.A.S.P. We’re looking for 75 volunteers from the community to help us give hundreds of kids in our community the childhood they deserve by building a new playground in one day! Winter Adult Softball Leagues Organizational Meeting 6 p.m. for returning teams and 7 p.m. for new teams, Monday, Dec. 8, at the Glendale Main Library, 5959 W. Brown St. (Auditorium) Glendale will be offering adult winter softball leagues beginning in January. Registration fees are $505 for returning and Glendale resident teams (minimum number of four Glendale residents) and $595 for new, non-resident teams. Teams must be represented by a manager or team player during the organizational meeting to receive a $50 discount off the registration fee.
