What is my User Name and Password?
Your User Name is an assigned Household ID number and your password is your 5-digit zip code. If you do not know your Household ID number, please call the Parks and Recreation office at 623-930-2820 or e-mail: parkswebreg@glendaleaz.com. Please include the following information in your e-mail so we may send you your Household ID number:

Work/Cell Phone Number
Names and Birthdates of Participants
Can I create a new registration account online?
In order to create a new registration account, you must call the Parks and Recreation office at 623-930-2820 or e-mail: parkswebreg@glendaleaz.com. Please include the following information in your e-mail so we may create your account and send you your Household ID number:

Address
Home Phone Number
Work/Cell Phone Number
Names and Birthdates of Participants
Can I update my account information online?
You can update your address, home phone number, work/cell phone numbers and e-mail address online. Once logged into the Online System, click on My Account on the left sidebar. Changing residency status or family member information or adding new family members cannot be completed online, those changes must be called into the Parks and Recreation office.
Can I cancel a class or transfer to a new class using the Online System?
Those functions are not available online. Please call the Parks and Recreation office at 623-930-2820 if you wish to cancel or change a class.
Can I sign up my Adult Sports Team through the Online System?
At this time, team sports sign up is not available online.
Can I purchase or renew a Foothills Recreation Center or Adult Center pass online?
Pass purchases or renewals are currently not available online.
