NAME THE PARKS!

We are in need of your help!  Glendale has two parks that need to be named, and we want to know what you, as park users and Glendale citizens, would like the parks to be called. We will be accepting names for these parks through March 1.

Regional Park:

The first park is located on the northeast corner of 83rd Avenue and Bethany Home Road and has been referred to as the Western Area Regional Park.  It currently offers the X-Court (skateboarding, in-line and BMX facility), splash pad (water play area), playgrounds/tot lots, basketball courts, volleyball courts and large group ramada complex.  Click here to visit this park's webpage for more information about the park.

Neighborhood Park:

This park is located at 79th and Orangewood avenues next to Sunset Vista Elementary School.  It offers a ball field, four baskeetball courts, soccer/football field and playground.
