Foothills 360 “Summer” Edition
May 27 - August 1, Foothills Recreation & Aquatics Center, 5600 W. Union Hills Dr.
Give your kids, ages 5-11, a memorable summer at this popular, supervised summer program, where staff provide fun, age-appropriate programming in a variety of spaces within the center. Kids will enjoy swimming once a week, the rock wall, gymnasium games, arts ‘n crafts, guest speakers and active games. Choose a 3-day or 5-day a week program. This program fills quickly! Registration begins April 1, and you may register for one week or multiple weeks as long as there is space available. Each child will need to bring a daily, non-perishable lunch and snacks, but lunch and snacks can also be purchased at the on-site café. For more information, call 623-930-4610 or 623-930-4608.

Drop-In Recreation Camps
Your children will participate in arts, crafts, fun and games, while being supervised by adult staff. Closed May 26 and July 4.

The Licensed G.R.A.S.P recreation program provides a variety of activities for children from Kindergarten-8th grade such as arts and crafts, recreation activities, guest speakers and much more! The programs are regulated by the Arizona Department of Health Services and can accept DES qualifying families (contact your DES caseworker for information). The program’s focus is to provide a safe and caring environment where all children can learn, grow and thrive. Closed May 26 and July 4.

G.R.A.S.P. is a licensed recreation program which provides a variety of activities for children ages 5 to 13 such as arts and crafts, recreation activities, guest speakers and much more! The programs are regulated by the Arizona Department of Health Services and can accept DES qualifying families (contact your DES caseworker for information). Our programs provide enrichment opportunities to explore new and fun experiences in a supervised environment. Educational activities, snacks, group games and homework time are offered by caring, adult staff members. Program sites are open early release days, but closed on national holidays or when the school campus is closed.

Peoria School District (Begins August 6):

  Kachina Elem. School, 5304 W. Crocus Dr.

Pre-registration is required, including a non-refundable registration fee for the school year. Registration must be completed at least 2 business days prior to program site attendance. As part of the registration, each family will select one of the program’s sessions. Registration booklets with more detailed information are available at each site or at the Glendale Parks and Recreation office at 5970 W. Brown St.
