New Court Kiosk Makes Service Fast and Easy

You can now find court records, pay delinquent fines and view photo enforcement images online quickly thanks to two new Kiosks available at Glendale City Court. The Kiosks offer patrons many of the services they would normally have to wait in line for at the various court counters. But thanks to technology, visitors can now conduct this business all in one spot.

Services available on the kiosks include:

• Online payments for delinquent fines
• Online payments over the city website
• Public access to court records
• Photo enforcement video playback and still image viewing

How to Use the Service

Patrons will need to have a case number to look up for reviewing specific information or paying fines. To use the kiosk, users will simply tap on the touch screen. To begin, you will need to double tap in the information boxes to bring up the on-screen keyboard. Once the keyboard is visible, you will be asked to type in a security code that appears on the screen. Once online, you can type your information in to begin your search and complete your court business.
