That the Utilities department has implemented a new billing system and customer service improvements to better serve your needs? Here are some of our recent customer service improvements that have been receiving a lot of great response!
Paperless billing (e-billing) was a request that we heard and responded to! Now, you can receive and pay your utility bills electronically.
We’ve decreased response time by adding a mobile solution with
real-time dispatching for the Customer Service Field Representatives. This system improvement will allow us to respond quickly to a customer in need!
We can now generate duplicate utility bills at the customer’s request.
Your bill has been enhanced with useful information, including historical data and graphs.
Automated account management for customers.
We’ve added the ability for customers to pay automatically instead of in person when in delinquent disconnect status.
Improved Interactive Voice Response (IVR) and Interactive Web Response (IWR) system functionality for improved customer self-service, by phone or internet!
We’ve improved our billing system to attach customer related documents to accounts creating a single source for all customer correspondence.
We’ve consolidated multiple bills/accounts into one bill for customers who have multiple accounts. Many of our customers find this enhancement especially useful!
We now offer third-party billing notification for owners and renters.
