Glendale 11 and CBS 5 Partner on Monsoon Special Show
Glendale 11 TV is providing viewers an in-depth look at Arizona’s weather phenomenon, the monsoon. A new TV show, Monsoon: Eye on the Storm, produced in partnership with CBS 5, will give viewers important and interesting information about the monsoon, safety tips and local resources for storm season emergencies.
According to the National Weather Service, the monsoon officially begins June 15 and ends Sept. 30. This special Glendale edition of Monsoon: Eye on the Storm features experts from Glendale’s fire and police departments, Glendale 11’s Julie Watters, CBS 5 main anchor Sean McLaughlin and CBS 5’s team of meteorologists.
